FLASH-seq sample dataset
The following count table contains processed FLASH-seq data from human PBMCs published in Hahaut V, Pavlinic D, Carbone W, Schuierer S, Balmer P, Quinodoz M, Renner M, Roma G, Cowan CS, Picelli S. Fast and highly sensitive full-length single-cell RNA sequencing using FLASH-seq. Nature biotechnology. 2022 Oct;40(10):1447-51. Available at: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41587-022-01312-3
The count table is curated to contain the FLASH-seq data from conditions that are most representative of Alitheas MERCURIUS FLASH-seq. Comparative data from Smart-seq protocols are also included.
The ".rds" file can be read with the "read_rds" function (readr). Please contact us if you require further clarification.
The code associated with FLASH-seq data processing in Hahaut et al can be found at: https://github.com/vincenthahaut/FLASH-Seq.
Unfiltered count tables including all benchmarking, FLASH-seq low amplification, and FLASH-seq development samples can be found here: https://data.mendeley.com/datasets/bh47n6fnpd/1
All raw data can be found here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/PRJNA816486
If you want to repeat the analysis, we recommend starting from the raw data whenever possible.
